Yes. No account, credits or watermark. Browser mode accepts up to 250 MB. Server mode accepts up to 500 MB and 30 minutes of video, subject to proxy limits. Auto uses the browser up to 50 MB and the server above that.
Can I compress video without losing quality?+
Reducing video size usually loses some detail. Start with the 30% smaller preset and original resolution, then preview the result. Very small targets or lower resolutions can visibly reduce quality. Your original stays unchanged.
How do I compress video to 10MB?+
Choose a video, select Target size and enter 10 MB. The tool estimates a bitrate from the duration and tries to stay below the target. Check the actual size before sharing. Long or complex videos may need a lower resolution or a larger target.
Can I compress video for Discord or email?+
Yes. Check the upload or attachment limit, then choose a target slightly below it. Discord limits vary by account, and email encoding adds overhead. Download the MP4 and attach it to your message.
Which video formats can I compress?+
MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI, M4V and WMV. Codec support varies; damaged or unsupported files show an error. Output is MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio when audio is retained.
Does my video leave my device?+
Browser mode keeps it on your device. Server mode uploads the video and removes temporary files after transfer, failure or cancellation, or within 30 minutes. Auto uses the server above 50 MB. Keep the tab open and save the result before leaving.
Why is compression slow or the output still too large?+
Speed depends on your device or server load, duration and resolution. Try server mode if your device struggles, or use 480p. Already compressed videos may not shrink much. Targets are approximate; the tool shows the real size without truncating the video.
