Reducing video size usually loses some detail. Start with the 30% smaller preset and original resolution, then preview the result. Very small targets or lower resolutions can visibly reduce quality. Your original stays unchanged.
Choose a video, select Target size and enter 10 MB. The tool estimates a bitrate from the duration and tries to stay below the target. Check the actual size before sharing. Long or complex videos may need a lower resolution or a larger target.

Speed depends on your device or server load, duration and resolution. Try server mode if your device struggles, or use 480p. Already compressed videos may not shrink much. Targets are approximate; the tool shows the real size without truncating the video.
