When one sentence needs several images at once, the hero (first) image lands first, the rest enter in the same direction 80–150ms apart, whichever is being talked about lights up (others brightness .6 / scale .985, the focus 1.03–1.04 + an outline ring) with a 0.4s handoff, everything returns to neutral and exits together — two layouts on one card: hero + two supporting / vertical triptych
